We left these unlined so you can still wear them without socks if you want but we added double leather soles so you don't have to worry about burning through the soles too quickly. Go ahead and wear these every day, they were made for it. This is a pair of loafers that just about does it all. Genuine handsewn moccasin construction. Made in Maine, USA. Thank you! Treated myself to my first real pair of teacher loafers. Bought four or more pairs from diff’t mfg’s.These were by far the most superior of the bunch. The others had all kinds of issues. High sides that bite, poor construction & ill fitting cheap rubbery material. None of it made much sense to me. Why is it so hard to find a decent pair of nice shoes for work? I was surprised how much research went into finding these loafers. Feeling lucky to own them. They are ready to wear out of the box. They fit perfectly. Took the mfg advice and ordered a half size small. These are just beautiful and well worth the investment.

Incredible detail and construction
